The SeaI/O-570W-ROHS is a multifunction wireless I/O module integrating analog and digital functionality. Designed with the LTC1867 16-bit A/D chip, the module offers eight single-ended analog input channels with software-selectable input ranges (±5V or ±15V) and high impedance, making it perfect for reading sensors like thermistors, transformers, and battery-powered devices.
It also features eight optically isolated digital inputs (rated 5–30VDC) with 3500VDC external isolation, and eight SPDT Form C relay outputs, each configurable as normally open or normally closed. These relays can switch up to 24W DC loads, making the module suitable for test & measurement, control systems, and field applications.
The A/D inputs support floating or ground-referenced signal sources, and a built-in DIP switch allows bias voltage application for thermistor inputs. Communication is enabled over 802.11b/g wireless networks using Modbus TCP or Sealevel’s SeaMAX API, with support for remote diagnostics via the Modbus Connect iOS app.
The SeaI/O-570W-ROHS is expandable up to 246 SeaI/O N-series modules and is enclosed in a rugged, mountable housing.
